Marickets Media is the operating trade name of Kevin Marickets LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, with its registered office at 30 N Gould St, Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801. We provide social media management and related digital marketing services to businesses and content creators.
We offer social media management, content strategy and planning, content production, community management, paid social campaign management, and analytics and reporting. The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for any engagement are defined in a separate written proposal, statement of work, or service agreement between us and the client. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a signed service agreement, the service agreement prevails.

Fees are set out in the applicable proposal or service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are due within the period stated on the invoice. Late or non-payment may result in the suspension or termination of services. Any third-party costs (for example, paid advertising budgets) are the responsibility of the client unless expressly stated otherwise.
Upon full payment, final deliverables produced specifically for the client become the property of the client, except for any third-party materials, stock assets, or pre-existing tools and templates that remain the property of their respective owners or of Marickets Media. We retain the right to display non-confidential work in our portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
Each party agrees to keep confidential any non-public information disclosed by the other party in connection with the services, and to use it only for the purpose of performing or receiving the services.
Our services are provided on a professional-effort basis. We do not guarantee specific results, including follower counts, engagement rates, reach, or revenue, as these depend on many factors outside our control, including third-party platform algorithms and policies. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or related to the services shall not exceed the fees paid by the client for the services giving rise to the claim during the three (3) months preceding the event. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our services involve third-party platforms (such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, Facebook, and LinkedIn) that are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for changes to, or actions taken by, those platforms, including account restrictions or suspensions resulting from platform decisions.
Either party may terminate an engagement in accordance with the notice terms set out in the applicable service agreement. Fees for services performed up to the effective date of termination remain payable.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website or services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
